What TradeSeeder is, and what it is not

TradeSeeder is a tool that turns a trading signal you already have into orders in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, and sizes those orders to a risk figure you set. It executes your instructions faster and more consistently than typing them by hand. That is the whole of it.

TradeSeeder does not produce signals, does not decide what to trade, and does not choose when to trade. Nothing it does is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade, and we are not a broker, a financial adviser, an investment firm or a portfolio manager.

Trading risk

Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money rapidly, and losses can exceed deposits with some brokers. Past performance of any signal, provider or strategy does not predict future results.

Every order TradeSeeder places is placed because you pressed Execute on a signal you chose, at a risk level you set. You remain solely responsible for every trade on your account and for its outcome. We make no promise, express or implied, that using TradeSeeder will be profitable.

Your licence

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run TradeSeeder on one MetaTrader 5 trading account for as long as the subscription is paid.

The licence binds itself to the first trading account it runs on and stays with that account. If your broker closes the account, or you move from demo to live, email support@tradeseeder.app from your subscription address and we will move it.

• Do not share, resell, sublicence, publish or lend your licence key.
• Do not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the software.
• Do not attempt to bypass, emulate or interfere with the licence check.
• Do not run the software on an account that is not yours.

Subscription, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorised at signup but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends you are charged nothing at all.

After the trial the subscription renews automatically each month or year at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the software keeps working until then.

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

If a payment fails, the software keeps working for a further five days so you can update the card before anything stops.

Refunds

Seven days, money back, no questions asked. The full policy, including how the statutory right of withdrawal interacts with it, is in the Refund Policy.

Availability and things outside our control

We aim to keep the licence service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the licence service is unreachable, the software keeps working from its cached licence for 72 hours so an outage on our side does not stop you trading.

TradeSeeder depends on MetaTrader 5, on your broker and on your internet connection. Order rejections, requotes, slippage, spread widening, platform downtime and broker-side rule changes are outside our control, and we are not liable for their consequences.

Liability

The software is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a licence without refund if it is shared or resold, if the licence check is tampered with, or if the software is used unlawfully. You may stop using the software and cancel at any time.

Changes

We may change these terms, for example when the product changes. The current version is always on this page with its date. Material changes that affect an existing subscription will be emailed to you before they take effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may take it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes, or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
