Refund Policy

Seven days, money back, no questions asked. After that we do not refund, and this page says plainly why and what you can do instead.

The trial comes first

Every subscription starts with 7 free days. Your card is authorised but not charged. If TradeSeeder is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — there is nothing to refund because nothing was taken.

Cancelling takes one click on your account page.

The 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and change your mind, email us within 7 days of that charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask you for one.

Email support@tradeseeder.app from the address on the subscription. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Your licence stops when the refund is issued.

After 7 days

We do not refund after the 7-day window, including for part-used months or years, and we do not refund because a trade lost money — TradeSeeder places the orders you tell it to, and the market outcome is not something we can be responsible for.

What you can always do is cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the software keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins — if you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged losing the right.

That is the checkbox you tick at checkout, and it is why our guarantee is 7 days rather than 14. We would rather say that here in plain words than bury it.

If you did not tick it, or you are in a country whose rules give you more, those rules win over this page.

If something is actually broken

If TradeSeeder does not do what this site says it does, that is not a refund question, it is our bug. Email us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, regardless of how long you have been subscribed.
